Live Online Form Tips Group Coaching

What does that entail?

In this Group Coaching course, I will be teaching each move in the Basic Workout +  (two to three moves per day) and then working with each person in the group to help everyone get the tips and tweaks they personally need to take their workout up to the next level.  


Here’s how the course will flow…

I will be holding TWO classes a day live on special zoom links.  You can choose which class(s) you want to come to each day.  

There will be a class at 12:30pm EST and another class at 8:00pm EST.

Adjust the times to YOUR time zone!

The course starts on Monday, June 8.

  • Monday - Primary Back Stretch, Arm pumps and Neck Stretches
  • Tuesday – Plies and Reach Scoop
  • Wednesday – Jazz Twist and The Box
  • Thursday – Oil Wells and T-Tapp Twist Stretches
  • Friday – T-Tapp Twist, Pull the weeds and Hoe Downs
  • Saturday at 12:30pm EST will be a review and Q and A


These classes will all be recorded and you’ll have the recordings on this platform to keep and review.
