    Warm up!

    • Enjoy this warm up before a class or anytime you need a nice 5 minute standing stretch. Great after sitting at the computer or driving a lot. Enjoy!

    3 T-Tapp Move Classes

    • Class 1 - Primary Back Stretch, Arm pumps with neck stretches, Plies with the 1st 2 arm sequences. (18 Minutes)

    • Class 2 - Curl/Scoop, Reach Scoop, Jazz Twist (15 minutes)

    • Class 3 - Primary Back Stretch, Box with arm series, t-tapp twist stretches without and without towel! Woo Hoo! (21 minutes)

    • Class 4- Primary Back Stretch, Lunge Series, Jazz Twist (17 Minutes)

    • Class 5 - Primary Back Stretch, Arm Pumps, Plies with 2nd set of arms, Senior Fit Oil Wells! (18 Minutes)

    • Class 6 - Pbs, Arm Pumps, Fascia Jazz Twist, New Balance Series (18 minutes)

    • Class 7 - PBS, Lunge Series, Thread the Needles (21 minutes)

    • Class 8 - PBS, Lawnmowers, Torso Twist (15 tough minutes)

    • 3 move class 9 - Primary Back Stretch, T-Tapp Twist (2 different ways), Pull the weeds (19 minutes)

    • Class 10 - I decided to shake it up a bit for the last class so this is a stepping class!!! YEA! We do Step It To The Inches with a Step Lift Sequence at the end. (15 minutes)

She has a Master of Science degree in Natural Health and is a certified Gentle Somatic Yoga Practitioner, Somatic Stretch Educator and T-Tapp Master Trainer.
