SamanthaHello! My name is Samantha and I became a Certified Stretch Coach because I love learning new holistic healing modalities. Assisted Stretching is one my favorite methods because we can oftentimes see immediate results with clients. It can be very rewarding when a client tells you how much easier they can move even after only one session! Being stretched is an experience that can only really be understood by experiencing it and the biggest benefit in my opinion is its positive contribution to a better quality of life. Christine Kelleher – Stretch Coach

Christine KelleherChristine’s health, wellness and Pilates journey began in 2007, driven by her own experience with chronic pain. With a deep commitment to healing and empowerment, she has over 1700 hours of Classical Pilates and Peak Pilates Comprehensive training. Specializing in neurological conditions, scoliosis, pre and post natal and spine health along with nutrition and Personal Training.

Christine has then furthered her training and knowledge into becoming a certified Stretch Coach.One on one assisted stretching is so important for your body to stay moving and out of pain which will help prevent injuries or pain issues.

Christine uses Assisted Stretching and Pilates as transformative tools for physical and mental well-being while helping to eliminate pain for athletes to pre and post op along with people of all stages and ages.

Her approach is personalized, focusing on breath while fostering a balanced life for clients of all ages.

Christine is dedicated to guiding others to a healthy body and mind with a lifelong journey towards health and harmony.
