What Your First Visit Looks Like
When you arrive, you’ll complete a simple intake form covering your health history, personal details, and primary areas of tightness. Your Certified Stretch Coach reviews it with you, asks a few follow-up questions, and sets priorities based on your goals. Then you’ll settle onto our comfortable, motorized table as your coach performs safe, comfortable stretches using proven techniques. Timing and What to Wear
A 60-minute or 30-minute stretch session includes prep time and cool down time. Wear loose, comfy clothes like sweats, and avoid jeans or tight shirts.
If you’re coming from work, feel free to arrive in business clothes and change here. Here’s a quick checklist to make your first visit simple:
- Arrive five to ten minutes early to complete your intake.
- Bring any HSA/FSA card if applicable.
- Plan to relax—your session takes place in a private room.
